Cllr Elisa Meschini from the Greater Cambridge Partnership (GCP) has stated in GCP webinars how wonderful the Milan system is. It’s just like the proposed system and there is no problems with it.
Les us have a quick compare of this to the proposed Sustainable Travel Zone (STZ) congestion charge. We shall take Zone C, which is an approximation to the size of the STZ in both population and area. This is the same area the GCP has used in their reports of similar solutions.
